Presence: Integration & Meditation Retreat

We are excited to invite you to a one day integration and meditation retreat at the Center of Healing Arts, offering a transformative experience in the heart of Columbus. This retreat will focus on trauma integration, mindfulness meditation, movement and spiritual practice.

During this retreat, you will be guided through practices that cultivate deeper awareness, presence, and compassion toward yourself and others. Together, you will explore techniques for healing from past traumas, as well as mindfulness practices that can help you uncover inner freedom and fulfillment.

The cost of the retreat is $712. This is a rare opportunity to disconnect from the stress of daily life and connect with yourself in a supportive and skillful environment.
